Tickets can only be purchased or rebooked to dates and times available on our website. We try to maintain 2-3 weeks of available schedules, however due to operational constraints we may adjust this period as required without notice.
What happens if I miss my schedule?
Tickets are non-refundable and only good for travel on the schedule & date that you have purchased.
What happens when my schedule is cancelled?
The bus operator will make every effort to operate their published schedules, provided they can do so safely. Events will happen both within our control and beyond our control that may cause cancellation of schedules. The bus operator will automatically issue you a refund for any schedule that has been cancelled or give you the next available schedule. There is no need to call or send an email in order to obtain this refund. If the cancellation was bus operator’s fault we regret for the inconvenience.
Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?
Not at all! A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus. But the should provide his or her mobile number for receiving sms confirmation message.

It is advised that passengers enter correct mobile number to receive the confirmation sms of the ticket details. It will be his or her m-ticket. With this sms the passenger can get original ticket from bus counter on journey date.
