TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DUE TO TRIP CANCELLED PASSENGER WILL GET REFUND ONLY COUNTER PRICE. BUSBD.COM.BD FEE AND PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL PAID AMOUNT.

(A) BUSBD.COM.BD* is ONLY a bus ticket reseller. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a
comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and brought them in a single platform. BUSBD.COM.BD's advice to customers is to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.

BUSBD.COM.BD' responsibilities include:

- Issuing a valid e-ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its' network of operations;
- Providing customer support and information regarding ticket availability and purchase;

BUSBD.COM.BD' responsibilities do NOT include:

- The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time
- The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation
- The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
- The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged
- The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child
- The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact
boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
- The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point

(B) The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

(C) Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
- A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket provided on website and sms confirmation.
- Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, or Voter ID card).

Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.

Important Notes
Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed during Public Holidays journey as per bus company decision.
Eid Tickets are not cancellable and cannot be rescheduled. Bus Authority has the right to cancel any bus schedule at any time.
In case of Bus cancellation customer need to inform callcenter 16460 or in support email within 24 hours of Journey time.
For Unsuccessful Bank Transaction , Refund Process can take up to 20 days to refund back to customer account.
For Cancellation of ticket / Bus cancellation service charge will not be refundable.
Cancellation complain will not be applicable during the Hour 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM (As customer Support Center Is offline During the Time But Customer can always cancel ticket from website as per policy)

Tickets of International Routes are not allowed to cancell , refund  and reschedule.

Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another.

(E) In case a booking confirmation sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of www.busbd.com.bd. If the sms is not received then please call our call center for confirmation.

(F) SMS service will not apply to customers purchasing tickets at the respective bus counter it will apply for purchase through online and our outlets and purchasing through call center..

(G) Refund Policy: Refund will make within 7 days after canceled ticket. During Eid, Customers are eligible for refund ONLY if the operator cancels the trip and cannot provide an alternative arrangement.

(H) Pricing Policy : The passenger agrees with BUSBD.COM.BD all including legal charges & expenses.

(I) Male customers shall not purchase any ticket from online beside any seat that is already sold for any female passenger. If purchased, bus authority has the right to cancel or reschedule seat for the online passenger.

(J) Your Seat may be changed by BUS Operator time to time as per Bus Companies own discretions and situation demands.
